Returns Policy
Change of mind:
We take pride in our products, and while we hope you love them, we understand things can change. However, as all items are made to order, once production has started refunds for change of mind are not possible.
Damaged items:
Occasionally, items may be damaged in transit. Please inspect your order upon arrival, as damages may not always be apparent from the packaging. If you find any damage, contact us within 48 hours of receiving delivery, providing photos and a replacement or refund will be organised.
Delivery
We offer free delivery Melbourne wide for all products
We offer international delivery, please email through the address delivery is needed for and we can organise a custom quote for you.
All our deliveries are via either Auspost or a courier company. Couriers will generally unless otherwise instructed leave deliveries in a safe place if no one is home to receive the delivery. If you don't wish for it to be left unattended please notify us.
Shipping for custom orders will be calculated and quoted as per order.
You will receive an email with tracking info once your items are on their way to you.
If you have selected the option to have your items installed, we will contact you to arrange a suitable installation date.
Our couriers do not deliver to PO boxes or postal boxes. Please only enter a physical address.
